Bulut Hotel

The food and room cleaning were both really good, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Don't let older reviews put you off. I felt completely comfortable staying here.

I was there for three days after checking in at 3 AM. On my first morning I raised a complaint, but they brushed it off and laughed. Everyone seemed indifferent. I travel around Turkey and rarely write reviews, but this was awful and I feel I have to warn people. I don't forgive you. I hope the money you took comes back to you many times over. We work hard to earn our money, serve people, and give our time, but we didn't get that kind of care from you. At 6 AM I woke to a chair scraping above my head, then they started using a spiral grinder. Someone could at least have said, "Sorry, we're disturbing you." I barely slept at all during those three days, and now I have to drive nine hours from Denizli without sleep.

We spent the night there as a family after our wedding. The hotel was comfortable in every way, with clean rooms, very good food, and staff who were both attentive and friendly. I'd recommend it to anyone, and would choose it without hesitation.

We picked this place for its location and were glad we did. My friend and I stayed one night over the holiday, and the price was reasonable. The sights you can visit are all very close.
