Saturn Hotel

The pool was nice and breakfast was good. I stayed four nights, and the hotel itself felt like a two- or three-star place. The food I tried, a burger and schnitzel, was poor and expensive, and guests were told not to bring food or drinks from outside. We also got no room cleaning or service during our stay, so we had to ask for toilet paper whenever we needed it.

The shower felt very cramped, and a few smaller things weren't working, including the elevator, hair fan, and night lamp. Service and location were great. We had no hot water during the evening rush, but it was back by morning.

The worst part was arriving after a tiring trip to find that the room booked online was supposedly no longer available. They blamed a booking problem, and we had to insist before getting a room. I've never seen that at a hotel before, and I'd avoid a place that handles things so unprofessionally. The room was clean enough but basic, the location was okay, and breakfast was simple. There was no hot water.

Our agency's mistake with another hotel got us moved here, and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner and workers made us feel like family, and we could relax, party, have drinks, and do plenty of things, including with the owner. The hotel was clean, the food was perfect, and there was always clean hot water. Drinks at the bar were cheap and the pool parties were awesome. When we come to Kuşadası, we'll stay at saturn hotel again. 10/10 ❤
