The staff were excellent, friendly, professional, and available whenever we needed them. The setting in Sapanca is beautiful, with a great location near attractions, and the design is thoughtful and comfortable. Still, the upkeep needs attention. There was dust under the beds and in other spots, and some blankets weren't clean. The bathrooms need proper ventilation fans to prevent unpleasant smells. The mattresses are worn and should be replaced. Unfortunately, some of my family also had problems with bed bugs. With those issues addressed, the stay could be much better.

We felt welcome and at ease from the start, almost like we were with family. The calm atmosphere and the genuine care we received meant a lot and gave us the positive energy we needed. My family and I are truly grateful for all the kindness and support during our stay. We'll remember this place fondly and hope to return someday.

Every corner was spotless, and the place felt high-end while still having an understated luxury that made us feel right at home. Service was super professional, yet the atmosphere stayed warm and cozy. We had a truly exceptional, comfortable stay.

The pool was perfectly heated, and the villa was quiet, close to the lake and a supermarket, and ideal for a family of 12 to 15 people. It was very clean when we arrived, with lots of technology that helped us feel safe, especially the leak sensors, which thankfully we didn't need to use. Booking with Andalus villas was the quickest and easiest I've made. I've stayed at their other villas before, and both were beautiful too. I can't describe how lovely this experience was. I'd definitely recommend it for a family vacation. Highly recommended. The photos were taken when we arrived.

Everything was very clean, and we had a good stay. The place is close to the center, but far enough away to avoid the noise. Mr.Ayman was great.
