Apart from the unsettling incident, we enjoyed our holiday. The house and its surroundings were beautiful, and my friend and I liked the tower suite. Mr. Faruk was polite and attentive before and after we arrived, and I want to thank him for that. We chose this place specifically for the heated pool, but it wasn't warm enough when we got there. Since we arrived Friday night and left Sunday, spending Saturday trying to fix it wasn't ideal. It should have been checked before our arrival. They worked on it through the day, but never fully resolved it. They also didn't come by to clean or take out the trash that day. While the pool was being checked, they respected our privacy, which I appreciated. Later, after dinner, we left the inner door unlocked because we planned to go out to the garden. The door was glass, and the curtain wasn't fully closed. I wear a headscarf. While I was sitting on the sofa that evening, I heard a loud noise outside and saw a man I'd never seen before at the front door, looking at me with my head uncovered. I made a loud sound and hurried upstairs, and my friend came after me. When I asked management, they said they didn't know who the man was and came to us right away. They checked the security cameras and said some areas had no cameras for privacy reasons. According to the recordings, nobody had entered our area in the past hour. They apologized, but also spoke as if something like this had never happened and perhaps we'd mistaken what we saw. I could clearly see what he was wearing, but they didn't treat the situation with the seriousness we expected, and nothing was done to compensate us. I don't want to harm anyone's business or make an unfair complaint, but this was deeply disturbing for two women on holiday. The pool issue mattered less than the security incident.

We were fasting when we visited, and they thoughtfully brought us pita bread. There were no eggs at breakfast, but they brought some when we asked. They were very attentive, and we were pleased with the stay. We'd definitely choose them again if we take another vacation.

We had a lovely, peaceful two days in the tower suite. It was spacious and quiet, set among greenery with a lake view, and had a sheltered heated pool that was easy to get to, plus a large jacuzzi. The upstairs bedroom view was especially beautiful. The kitchen came with an air fryer, microwave, and tea and coffee maker, which was a big plus. There was a drain smell upstairs, though, and the wooden floor makes a lot of noise when you walk around up there. It wasn't a huge issue, but it affected us a little because we have a baby. Thanks to Faruk for being attentive and welcoming. ☺️

We went with four friends and found Kulesapanca Bungalow suited to groups of friends as well as families. The setting was secure, with a clean pool and beautiful views of nature and the lake. Mr. Faruk and his brother were friendly, sincere owners, and the hygiene was impeccable. The luxurious surroundings were wonderful, too. The room's sound system was fantastic, we had so much fun, and the jacuzzi made the stay even more comfortable. It really was a five-star experience. You can book without hesitation.
