We only lasted one night, and that was enough. The room was filthy, the furniture was old, the doors were broken, and the sheets smelled bad. A horrible odor kept us from sleeping. The worst part was finding a rat trap under the table with “POISON” written on it. Terrible experience. Never again.

Breakfast on the 5th floor was delightful, with a great view from both the salon and balcony. The staff were all nice and treated guests respectfully. I had a decent stay at Balturk hotel, thanks for everything 👍. Its location near Adapazar was convenient, with the bus station just a 3 minute walk away and access to anywhere around the city. The clean rooms were adequately spacious and had air conditioning, a closet, hair dryer, tea machine maker, refrigerator, local TV, and almost everything you need.

The people working there were nice, but for the price, the hotel feels too old. My room smelled of tobacco, and breakfast could use more variety.

We couldn't sleep with the bad smell, noise from other rooms and the corridor, and the dirty beds. The room was too dirty, and the bathroom smelled awful 🥺. One star for the good breakfast and Wi-Fi.

The location was really nice, and the rooms were clean and large. Staff had a great attitude and were friendly and helpful. I’ll visit again.
