Sapanca Hayallerim Bungalov

Hayallerim-1 had a spacious, well-kept garden and a pool with a good size and temperature. For the price, it was decent value and the overall setup was adequate. The jacuzzi was covered in the garden and worked fine. There's also parking and a barbecue area. I'd add a small roof over the barbecue to keep rain off. Since the weather was nice, we heated the place with air conditioning, which worked well enough, but in a cold winter you'd need to light the stove because the air conditioning wouldn't be enough. There was no wood.

The hot pool was cold, even though that was the reason we came. We raised it several times, but it took hours for anyone to check, and they told us the temperature was perfect. If we hadn't gone anywhere else, they might have convinced us it was ideal. We couldn't use the pool and spent the whole day in our room. We could have stayed home and had the same experience. There were four of us, all friends, and the house was filthy. The sheets, towels, and covers didn't look clean and probably hadn't been washed. The shower head was broken, lots of things were missing, and basic cleaning and upkeep hadn't been done. The sun loungers weren't usable, the umbrella was broken, and the air conditioner barely worked, as if it could only heat itself. The manager was rude and uncaring, and didn't show up for hours when he was supposed to. A horrible experience. If you want a terrible stay, go here. Otherwise, never come.

We've stayed at Hayallerim Bungalow three times now, and each visit has had the same quality and sense of calm. Mr. Can and his family are wonderfully hospitable and take care over every detail. The place is clean, the kitchenware is well equipped, and the pool temperature was just right. The location gives you both privacy and easy access. We especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. A safe, comfortable place in nature that we highly recommend.

My wife, children, and I stayed for three nights. We were wary of bungalow scams before deciding to go, but Can, the manager, was attentive and welcoming, and made it feel peaceful and safe with the kids, almost like home. The house was clean and tidy, with everything planned and nothing working. It's about ten minutes by car from the market. A reliable business, well done 👍
