The reception and cleaning staff were very good, but that was the one bright spot. The hotel is opposite a mosque, so the 5 AM call to prayer is hard to avoid. Our first room, booked for a nonsmoking family with a child, smelled strongly of cigarettes and had a cracked window and torn wallpaper. We switched rooms right away. You can hear neighbors speaking at normal volume through the poorly insulated walls, and doors keep slamming. There were no hangers, and the supposed double bed was two single beds pushed together. Breakfast was poor. The pool was filled with ice cold water, perhaps because it was still early in the season in late April, though the weather was hot. The entrance has two large steps and no ramp for wheelchair users or wheeled luggage. Sorry, but this is nowhere near a four star hotel.

The staff were kind, and I had a good time there with my friends. My room was okay, too. It’s a nice three star place, though it wasn’t especially clean. There was dust and dirt everywhere around the pool when I got out of the water, and the area needs more cleaning.

The internet was weak, and the rooms were dirty. This is a two star hotel at most. Bad place.

Just awful. The rooms smelled bad, the air conditioning was poor, and the place was filthy in general.

A good spot for a honeymoon.
