Sibel was so kind and helpful to me and my father. I’d had surgery, and she helped me with some processes and kept in touch whenever I needed her, making sure I was okay. The service was really good. Even in a country where most people speak Turkish, the staff found ways to communicate with us and make sure we were comfortable. I’d recommend staying here.

The staff are lovely and friendly. When I checked in, they offered Turkish tea, and if you need anything, just ask and they’ll provide it. The WiFi is very fast and good. The hotel is about five minutes’ walk from the Black Sea and City Mall, and close to VM Medical Park hospital and the tram stop. There are plenty of good places to eat or shop nearby. The rooms and apartments are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The renovated rooms are especially beautiful. This is my first choice in Samsun.

Many thanks to the Russian-speaking friend at reception, whose name I forgot. I arrived late at night and found out that Expedıa hadn’t accepted my card, so my room was occupied that night. They kindly gave me a staff room for free, then rebooked my room for the other days. I’m grateful for the help.

We left very early in the morning because we felt our safety was at stake after a night there. The receptionist was nationalist, unfriendly, and hostile toward my nation. The toilet in our room had no door, just a jalousie. They said there was free parking, but there was no parking at all.
