I was exhausted and freezing when I arrived very early in the morning in 2023. All I wanted was to wait in the lobby until check-in, but there was a room free, so the staff kindly let me check in early. I appreciated that a lot. The location also made getting around convenient. The service was so kind and helpful, and the indoor garden was a lovely place to sit with a cup of tea. The hotel itself is beautiful, set in a historic Urfa house in the old quarter, within walking distance of the main sights. I only stayed one night, but felt at home. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Mehmet is a wonderful, honest guy in what I found to be a rather criminal city, Urfa. Stay at this lovely guesthouse. He and the others will help with whatever you need, and won't charge you!

The location is fairly close to the center, though the street feels shady. Inside, it felt less like a hotel than staying for free at a friend's friend's place that you already know will be bad. The sheets were very old and showed signs of humidity, as did the room. The shower was broken, and the advertised breakfast wasn't there. Definitely a no go.

The staff were warm and friendly, but the room conditions were absurd for the price. We paid 9000 per night for one room, yet it had no shower cabin, no window in either the room or toilet, and no air conditioning, so it was cold at night. To bathe, you had to use the toilet room. The sheets were stained, unbelievable at that price.
