Vizyon Park Otel

The location is central, with lots of landmarks nearby, and there's handy parking if you rent a car, which you should. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff were kind and friendly. Mehmet Bey was especially warm and welcoming. The hotel covered all the services we expected. Thanks for a great stay.

We found the location really convenient, with the main attractions in Urfa within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and the streets around the hotel felt lively, well lit, and safe. Breakfast was tasty, with different things to try each day over our 6 days. The beds were comfortable, the aircon worked perfectly, the showers were always hot, and the Wifi was good. My partner and I have just wrapped up our stay at the Vizyon Park Otel, and we had a lovely time. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with, from reception to the breakfast team. They were kind, helpful, always smiling, and patient with our limited Turkish. Our room was made up beautifully every day, and the housekeepers kept everything neat and tidy. Thanks to all of you for making the stay so enjoyable. We'd love to come back someday.

ferhat was a great help when my flight reservation was cancelled. He spent a long time calling Turkish airlines and stayed with it until the issue was sorted out. His advice was excellent, and his English is very good. It's a nice, convenient hotel with good staff.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel is very clean, though the bathroom could be a little bigger. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The young woman at reception has a lovely smile.
