We had a wonderful evening after finding this place by chance while looking for somewhere by the beach. The food was truly delicious, especially the appetizers and grilled fish, and the place was very hygienic. They were particularly attentive to customers with babies, which was lovely. Mr. Mustafa, the owner, personally looked after all the tables. Thanks so much for everything, and we wish you continued success.

The prices are excessively inflated, the meze selection is very limited, and the quality is low. This restaurant doesn’t live up to the area’s price-to-performance ratio. Anyone unfamiliar with Selimiye could be shocked to find that other good restaurants also use the same pricing policy and don’t even list prices on their menus. Check the price before you sit down. A glass of raki costs 70 TL, while a 20cl bottle costs 185 TL.

We came looking for somewhere to have breakfast, and Mr. Mustafa kindly set our table in five minutes. He treated us very well instead of just saying breakfast was over and they didn’t serve it, like others had. He’s a very kind and polite gentleman. We were really pleased, and the treats were lovely. It’s a peaceful haven. Having coffee with the scent of the sea was unforgettable. Prices are quite reasonable for Selimiye. Thank you.

After 11 PM, they may start clearing everything from your table to get you to leave quickly, so be careful. This place is for people willing to pay double the usual price for bad appetizers and salads. It may also be the only place charging a cover fee. Absolutely avoid it.
