Barut Andiz Side The service is what makes this hotel stand out. All the staff made us feel special, and the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere has plenty of places to unwind. It’s adults only, too. We stayed in the final week of the season in November, and the hotel closed the day after we left. You wouldn’t have known, though, as they kept up the full quality of service. Most guests were English or German, and many were return visitors. Our room on the third floor was very comfortable, with quality furniture, a really good shower, large TV, minibar, tea-making facilities, a great hairdryer, safe, robe, slippers, toiletries, lots of storage, plus beach towels and a bag. The buffet had an excellent selection and good quality food. Gala night and Turkish night were exceptional. There are two a la carte restaurants. Andiz restaurant serves lunch with a great choice and superb service. There’s also a snack bar more like an upmarket coffee shop. Several bars serve good drinks and a huge range of cocktails in stylish glasses. You don’t queue for drinks, as staff serve you at the table, sunbeds and even the beach. The pool is really nice, with plenty of sunbeds. There’s a private stretch of beach with free loungers and parasols, plus a bar that serves soft drinks and beer only. The sand is soft and swimming is safe. There are activities during the day, and the evening entertainment was some of the best I’ve seen on holiday. WiFi worked well throughout the hotel and even on the beach. There’s also a shop, hairdresser and spa. Side old town is about a 25-minute walk along the promenade, with plenty of shops and bars on the way. I’d definitely recommend Barut Andiz.

The food was amazing, and you can tell they pay attention to the details. We had a wonderful time here. The crew were very polite and friendly, especially Savas, and they really made an effort to make us feel great. Can’t wait to come back.

TUI Blue Andiz works really well for couples and adult groups who want both downtime and things to do. There are quiet spots to relax in the day, then activities and entertainment with livelier options in the evening. You can lounge by the pool, have a cocktail somewhere calm or join the shows, depending on your mood. The town centre location is excellent, while the hotel itself still feels peaceful and tucked away. What sets the stay apart, though, is the staff. Service is consistently great, and the TUI reps are especially good. Craig, Sarah and Erik were always around, approachable, and clearly focused on helping guests make the most of their holiday. Their energy and care made us feel looked after, and nothing seemed too much trouble. TUI Blue Andiz offers a great adult-focused stay where you can relax, have fun and feel cared for. We were already thinking about coming back before we’d even left.

The manager was around from early morning until late, and always made time to stop and chat. The staff were attentive throughout, nothing seemed like too much trouble, and the food was excellent with generous portions. It's easy to see why the hotel has such good reviews and has been voted the best for several years. Thanks to everyone for making us feel like part of the family.
