Sun Beach Hill

We went in November and the room was better than we expected. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful, and for what we paid we can't complain. The food was the one letdown. With so much fresh produce in Turkey, the chefs could do a much better job.

The beach setup needs work. The sunbeds were much too close together, so it felt crowded and less comfortable than we'd hoped. Still, having direct beach access was nice. We had a lovely all-inclusive stay at Sun Beach Hill in Side, Turkey. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful, and their warm service made us feel welcome. Facilities were good, the food and drinks included in the package had plenty of variety, and everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the holiday and would recommend Sun Beach Hill for its hospitality. With a better spaced beach area, it would be close to perfect.

The staff were helpful throughout, though it seemed to me that they paid more attention to some guests by keeping their drinks topped up. I didn't get that. For the price it was decent value, but I wouldn't give it four stars, more like three. I'd probably not return. The room I got at first felt squeezed between two buildings, with no air movement. People smoked on their balconies and the smell lingered. I was moved to another room in the morning. It overlooked the pool, but from the side you could see the trash area. The gym was a joke, with one broken treadmill and a few weights lying around. The indoor pool was small, but okay for cooling down after the sauna. I've posted photos of the pool from the balcony and two of the first room.

The all-inclusive setup worked smoothly, with a buffet offering lots of choices, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The grounds were very clean, rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were kind and hardworking. The pool area was nice, and their private beach was only a few minutes' walk away. The location was good too. I was nervous about booking after reading the reviews, but as of June 2025, those were the positives I found. There was no free internet or smart TV, and the pool closed at 6PM.
