The pool area was the worst part for me: there was trash and big clumps of hair in the water, and the chlorine smell was really strong. The slides also looked shaky, like they might fall apart. They call it Türkiye’s cleanest, most hygienic aqua park, but I don't agree at all. Food was expensive and didn't taste good, and the staff weren't much help. The room seemed fine at first, but after housekeeping came the next day, the beds were made and the room was still dusty. There's a bathroom sign saying towels are changed only when left on the floor. We left ours hanging, but they were replaced with towels that had large period blood stains, and we got one fewer than before. The whole place feels poorly built. It was hard to get anywhere because the hotel is so isolated, though maybe that's out of their control. I stayed last week and was disappointed. I’m a minor writing this, by the way.

The rooms were fairly clean, but they badly need maintenance. The staff were friendly, though that didn't change how much the place felt like a horror house. At the restaurant, drinks came in paper cups, and while there was plenty of food, it was completely inedible. The pool was cold and heavily chlorinated, and the steam room wasn't working. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. One star might have been fair, but they're presenting it as five.

The bed was the only good thing. The outdoor pools looked nice, apart from the one for babies, but the rest was very bad. Breakfast was poor, and one morning they had run out of butter. The staff didn't speak English and seemed unwilling to work. The room was large, but everything in it was old and needed replacing. The bathroom was in bad shape too, including the toilet, seat, and brush. Lights in the corridor outside the rooms barely worked, so it was hard to find your room number. This big hotel is in very poor condition and nowhere near five-star quality, maybe two stars at most.
