Örer Hotel

The location was good, around a 10-minute walk to the center, but I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel. My room was okay otherwise, though it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Water leaked from all sides of the shower, which needs replacing. Breakfast was really disappointing, just the bare minimum, with no cold drinks, only tea and room-temperature water.

The staff made the stay for me. Receptionists Deniz and Salim were true professionals, and whenever something came up, they found a solution right away. They treated us so well that I’d come back just to see them again. I stayed from June 19 to 27, and had a very pleasant time. The hotel is good, though given how large the building is, I wish it had a few more facilities, like a gym or spa. Thanks for everything!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and hygiene was good. Staff were friendly and worked to sort out any problems. Thanks to Mr. Şaban, the business manager, and Mr. Mehmet, the receptionist, for their attentiveness. It suited the location and price.

We had a very difficult time with three kids because there was no water in the bathroom. The toilet was broken, the room was very dirty, and although we booked for five people, there were only four beds. It looked nothing like the pictures.
