The old facilities and strong smell of smoke made our two days here unpleasant. The bed sheets and towels were dirty, and we could hear every sound, which was terrible. At night, drunk people tried to open our door, and we felt unsafe. Tourists, please don’t stay here.
The rooms were really clean and fresh, and I had a lot of fun during my stay. It’s close to Besiktas’s main street and the stadium. The guys at check-in were very friendly and helpful. I usually pay attention to the staff wherever I go, and Mert at check-in gave us ideas for places to hang out and things to do as tourists in Istanbul. I’ll definitely come back.
We stayed as a family and were very happy with the hotel. It felt especially safe, and the location made it easy to get everywhere. The rooms were clean enough, and the staff were very helpful if we needed extra cleaning or anything else. Special thanks to Mr. Engin, who was the right person to sort out whatever we needed.
I spent a week here while getting dental work done, and the hotel was close to my dentist. At this price, I expected the worst, but the rooms surprised me. Nothing extravagant, just more than adequate. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, honestly better service than I get at five-star hotels. I don’t need daily room cleaning, so I leave the do not disturb sign up. They practically begged me to let them clean anyway. The location and people make this hotel hard to beat. I LOVE this place and its staff. HIGHLY recommend.
The hotel’s location made getting around easy, with cafes, shops, bus stops, and attractions all close by. The information matched what we found, and the room was large and clean, with bright white, comfortable bedding. Our windows faced the street, but somehow it was wonderfully quiet and I slept like I do at home. A big thank you to Ali and Shahina. Ali responded incredibly quickly whenever I had questions about the booking and explained everything in detail. The hotel dealt with any questions right away, which means a lot. I also want to thank Shahin, who speaks Russian. He explained everything, showed me around, and accompanied me. You’re both great professionals, and I was lucky to find a hotel with such good service. Thanks for the warm welcome. Keep it up! I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances.
