The decor and furnishings are stylish and elegant and the hotel offers a restaurant, terrace bar and friendly, multilingual staff. Guests are welcomed to the many facilities and amenities on site, such as the café and pub. The top floor terrace provides a magnificent view over the Bosphorus and Topkapi Palace. The elegantly styled and cosy rooms are individually themed and fully fitted with air conditioning and central heating. An LCD satellite TV and wireless Internet access also feature in rooms as standard.

They didn’t care when I complained, and they wouldn’t fix the A/C or move me to another room. I’d booked online, but they hadn’t even heard of my reservation. The place was very dirty, infested with fleas, and there were live bugs all over the bed. They gave me a room without a bathroom, and the A/C didn’t work. One employee was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The hotel is well placed near all the transport, including Marmaray, the metro and buses. The rooms and service were reasonable, and everything was fine for the price. Nice place 👌
