Deniz Butik Hotel

There was a balcony, which was nice, and the bed was big. I did find a few strands of hair, though. The room had no toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, or cotton buds. They'd left us half-used toilet paper. The TV didn't work, and the shower head wouldn't stay hung up.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the place is renovated, hygienic, and quiet. The staff are friendly. Thanks for everything 🙏

The staff were attentive and helpful, and tried to sort out problems quickly. For the price, I think the service is adequate. It's a comfortable basic place, though anyone expecting luxury might be disappointed. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, comfortable, functional, and set up for basic needs. The location is useful, about 6 km from the center and within walking distance of Namık Kemal University, which makes it a good fit for students or short stays. Hi everyone. I saw a lot of negative comments when I read the reviews, but expectations may be part of the reason. Some people might have expected a 5-star hotel, perhaps encouraged by old photos, because the facility looks quite different now. For reference, rooms have toilet paper, water, and a kettle.

We booked this place in January 2025 because it was near the university hospital. The furniture was old and inadequate, and the curtain didn't cover the whole window. Neither door worked properly, the toilet door wouldn't shut and the room door was difficult to close. This may be the worst hostel I've ever stayed in.
