The prices are very reasonable, and my room was very clean. Everyone on the staff team was friendly and helpful, so I had a great stay. I'd choose this place again whenever I need a hotel. 10/10.

The welcome and goodbye were lovely, and having tea and soup available around the clock was a nice touch. But the room carpet was very dirty, and it seemed they had used air freshener to cover the smell. Housekeeping staff were talking loudly early in the morning and woke us up. Near dawn, an unpleasant strong oil smell came from the kitchen. I think they need to be more organized and attentive to these problems.

I come to Tokat for work every month and usually choose İnci Resort Hotel. The place is lovely, the staff are attentive, and the refreshments are available all day. The cleanliness is excellent too. Thanks to the whole team, and I wish them continued success.

I put up my guests here for 10 days. The room prices were reasonable, and they served hot soup and drinks at night. The service was better than I expected in Tokat. İnci Hotel is my choice.

The staff are really friendly and seem to enjoy their work. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast menu had plenty of choice. Thanks to receptionist Hilal for being so attentive. I'll choose you again when I next visit Tokat.
