The only downside was the lack of an elevator. We didn’t want a very high floor, so they arranged an apartment on a lower floor, though it still meant stairs. We stayed for 4 days with my family after coming from Kocaeli to take my daughter to university. Even though we arrived late, we were welcomed warmly and weren’t inconvenienced. Staff helped with our luggage, and my concerns about staying here turned out to be unfounded. The place was very clean, and when we needed kitchen utensils or other things, they helped us. Thanks to the staff and the owner. We’ll be coming back to Tokat over the next 4 years, and I’ll always choose this place. Thank you again very much 🙏

We booked through an app using the photos, but the place looked nothing like them when we arrived. The owner didn’t care at all. The bathroom was just an empty room with four walls, the faucets were broken, and there was no hot water. The beds were terrible and only freshly painted. We’d planned one night in Tokat and had paid in advance, so that’s all we stayed. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The owner and staff were wonderful, kind, and friendly, and we’re grateful for their help and hospitality. We stayed for a week, and the place was very clean with a reasonable price. Thank you.
