Olivia Holiday Apartment

We liked spending time in the garden and on the rooftop. Torba is a pleasant, quiet area, not too far from Bodrum, with good beach restaurants. This is a small, family-run hotel with renovated rooms that are small but clean. The staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was okay. Recommended.

Really poor breakfast, and you can't order from a menu in the morning. You have to eat whatever they serve. The staff had a very bad attitude and offered no apology when we had problems. In one incident, the shower head fell on my head and right thumb. In another, our room flooded. The staff's response was that these things happen and that it wasn't their fault because someone had thrown a towel into the toilet and blocked everything. This place was supposedly renovated a year ago, and we chose it based on a recommendation. What a joke.

The hotel was quiet and relaxing, but breakfast was the one problem. We had arranged with the staff in advance for an earlier meal, and they agreed. When the time came, they still resisted serving it earlier.

We had a really enjoyable stay and I'd definitely come back. Olivia offers good service, with kind, helpful staff and clean rooms that have enough space. I especially liked the balconies with sea views. Breakfast was okay, though more hot options would be nice. Prices are lower than at other Torba hotels. The location works well, too: it's about a ten-minute walk to the sea, with a Migros market right in front and a bus stop where buses to Bodrum center come every 15-20 minutes. The center is around 15 minutes away by bus. Just remember that the hotel was renewed in August 2021, so read the reviews from after that date. I hope they keep up the good work.
