The room had amazing views, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, which gave the place a fresh feel. There’s a pool and hot tub, plus access to a private beach. Everything was great.

The biggest problem was the manager's indifference. At checkout, he could hear us raising our complaints by the open window and using his name, but stayed in his room. The rooms were fairly clean, though we had to ask for the bathroom and toilet to be cleaned when we arrived. The kitchen was closed, so we had to find other food and drinks. We stayed four nights, and the pool wasn't usable until day two. They said there had been a storm, even though nearby hotels' pools were accessible. It also took almost two days for staff to collect the used towels we'd left after we asked for clean ones.

The quiet atmosphere and views made for a wonderful holiday, and we enjoyed the hotel's overall feel. It's a new place with clean, pleasant rooms, a filling breakfast with a good range, and attentive staff. There are still a few things to sort out. Our room had no safe, which wasn't a major issue but felt like a missing feature. Water wasn't restocked each day, and the glasses were dusty. Parking was the biggest hassle: there was no proper space for guests, and the two available spots were reserved for the owners. Still, we had a lovely stay.

Torba was a peaceful place to stay, much nicer than the bustle of the city center, and the new hotel was very good overall. A few things need attention: there was no in-room safe, old towels and dirty glasses weren't removed during cleaning, and parking didn't have enough spaces for all guests. Wi-Fi and mobile signal were also weak in the lower rooms. If those issues are fixed, this would be a wonderful place. I recommend it.
