Vogue Hotel Supreme Bodrum Villa

The setting is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location worked well for us, around 30 minutes from the airport and 10 from Bodrum marina. Staff were friendly, and the spa was the best part of our visit. Dewi and her team gave us a wonderful afternoon of treatments. Service at the buffet was poor on Saturday and Sunday nights. Tables stayed uncleared, the food was cold, and we couldn't get a drink. After the weekend crowd left and we got to know a few of the waiters and waitresses, things improved. On day one, someone calling themselves “reception” woke us at 8:30 to say we had an important meeting at 11:15. I said we weren't available and was told we'd have to come another time. Then, on our way to breakfast, we found a letter asking us to attend a meeting to be sold excursions. Reception said they hadn't made the call and didn't know who had, and seemed unconcerned that someone had called in their name. That dismissive response was unacceptable. The only à la carte restaurant open cost €75 per person, but the menu was disappointing and most of its options were also on the buffet. Also, work was still going on in May around the sunset bar and snack bar WC facilities. Hearing a jackhammer while lying by the pool was irritating. I do wonder whether the four winter months weren't enough time to finish the work.

The villa was lovely, well cared for, and ready for us when we arrived. Whenever we asked for something, the team responded quickly and warmly, which made it easy to relax. The welcome and service throughout our stay felt genuinely thoughtful. A special thanks to Begum, our manager and hostess. She was professional, kind, and attentive, and did a lot to make sure things went smoothly for us. Her help really made a difference. We're very grateful and would happily come back.

I've stayed here twice now and really enjoyed it both times. The rooms are lovely, and the resort has loads for kids, including a disco, face painting, pottery, an amusement park, and a water park. There's also a heated outdoor pool and a man-made beach with a pool on the resort. It's within about 30 minutes of the airport.

We brought our five-month-old baby and had such a lovely stay. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make things easier for us with the baby. Our room was lovely, and the hotel was very clean. I really can't fault the place or its staff. We enjoyed it so much that we're booking another visit for August, when the weather should be much nicer.
