The pool water was the biggest letdown. It felt dirty and sticky, and smelled really unpleasant. On earlier visits, everything had been spotless and held to a high standard, so the drop in quality was hard to miss. We paid a lot for this stay, and I brought my mother for her first visit expecting things to be perfect. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of her. There were good moments too, but the experience was mixed. I hope the hotel addresses these problems.

Dinner was so luxurious that I'd give it seven stars, and the restaurant service was wonderful. The setting is lovely, right in the middle of nature, and both the pools and other facilities were clean. There are indoor pools with separate sections for women and men, as well as a mixed section. Kids have their own pool with games suited to younger children. A beautiful, unique stay. Thank you.

The facilities were very clean, and the hammam lady was especially personable, but most of the staff seemed inattentive. Children weren't kept in the family area, so I couldn't relax. Some of the services I wanted weren't available because of staffing, and the coffee peeling left residue. Luckily, I showered before getting dressed. I thought this might be a nice birthday treat, but the spa was underwhelming and I won't be back.

The resort's setting between the mountains is peaceful, with lovely views and a calm natural atmosphere for a walk. There are indoor and outdoor pools, and the mineral water comes at temperatures to suit different preferences. Meals are varied and plentiful, and the sports equipment is diverse and high spec. They also offer cultural and entertainment programs. The staff work hard to meet guests' needs with a smile, and the welcome is warm and hospitable. This was my second stay at BN Resort & Spa, and the services go beyond its five-star rating. It has everything I need to get away from daily life. A distinctive experience I highly recommend. Mahera.

I came for business, and traveling into the city regularly from here wasn't convenient. This place is really a getaway. The hotel feels extremely luxurious, security is fairly tight, and the guests are generally from the upper classes. The buffet compares with what you'd find at premium hotels in Vegas or Atlantic City, and the family-friendly facilities offer lots for kids to do. The thermal experience was unlike anything I've encountered on my visits around North-America. I'll definitely return with my family for a vacation.
