The pool was among the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and the staff took great care of us throughout our stay. We came from Germany and booked two weeks ahead; we were very warmly received, and the location and quality both impressed us. We were satisfied with everything. If I get the chance to return to this beautiful city, I’d like to stay here again.

Friendly service, a convenient location, and good cleanliness. It’s a peaceful place that would be nice for a family, and the staff were very attentive. One of the few lovely hotels to stay at in Trabzon. I definitely recommend it, and thanks for everything.

I wouldn’t recommend booking this villa. They changed the accommodation price and asked for more money or threatened to cancel, even though the reservation was made through booking apps. I don’t think they can be trusted; their booking practices lack credibility and feel greedy. Warning!

We paid the full amount after booking, but when we contacted them to say we were traveling from Uzungol to Trabzon, they canceled our reservation. We ended up stuck in a rental car until we found somewhere else. In my experience, they were dishonest and exploitative, with no credibility at all.
