We left less than two hours after arriving. The flat was dirty, with food scraps in the hall and old, dusty, unclean sheets. When we asked for the place to be cleaned, we realized just how much dirt there was and that it hadn't been cleaned before we got there. A very bad experience.

The management was good, and the apartment was nice for a reasonable price.

Jawaher Mall and the beach beside it are both about a five-minute walk away, and you can reach everything else you need on foot too. The apartments sit right in the middle of the market and are very good. The young staff were polite and helpful, and gave us all the assistance we needed.
