Berlin Suite Hotel Trabzon

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was great too.

The building was comfortable, nicely done and newly renovated, but the cleanliness and service were awful. The sheets hadn't been changed for the new guests, and it was obvious someone else had slept in the bed. When I asked, staff handed me the sheets to change myself. Even after I did that, the used ones sat in the room for two whole days. The cleaner also used the same cloth on the toilet, sink and tap without washing it between them. Breakfast was average at best. Going back would be hell for me.

The breakfast buffet was a nice part of the stay, with lots of food, cheeses, eggs, fries, Turkish dishes, coffee, tea and milk. It was served in a large space, kept clean and organized, and the staff were kind and very helpful. There’s daily room cleaning and fresh towels, plus an open area outside where you can sit and smoke. Smoking isn't allowed in the rooms or inside the hotel. The hotel is well located near the public shopping area, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom water pressure kept jumping from strong to weak, and water pooled in the shower because it drained slowly. Someone should look into that. If you run into an issue during your stay, report it right away, since they’re helpful about sorting things out. Have a great stay.

The staff helped me and my family with everything, making this one of my best hotel stays. Our clean rooms had stunning views, and the hotel sits in a peaceful area with a lovely climate and birdsong in the morning. It's also close to the sea and shopping centers. We enjoyed breakfast in a cozy setting, and there was free parking and high-speed internet. I'll definitely come back.
