The owner was friendly, the apartment was clean, and the view was great. You can see both the airport and the sea from there. It's a perfect place to relax.

We checked out today after staying one day. The location is great, and the rooms were just like the photos, clean and tidy. There was a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, and more. The owner was very helpful. Since Trabzon is so humid, things don't dry easily, and I didn't get a chance to ask whether there was a dryer. That's not a general issue with the apartment, though. I'm surprised there are so few reviews when all the amenities are there and everything is very clean.

I stayed with my family and was very happy with the clean rooms and warm, friendly service. I recommend it to everyone. The service is good quality and affordable, so I think you should stay here.

The place was unpleasant for guests, the service was terrible, and there was no cleanliness at all. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

The first-floor apartment wasn't clean, and its furniture was old and worn. Both the furnishings and cleanliness need attention.
