We were a group of 60, and the staff treated everyone warmly and professionally, always with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was excellent for nearby services and attractions, and breakfast had plenty of tasty variety. Verda at reception was especially polite and respectful, quick to handle our requests, and always focused on guests' comfort. Bless her and the whole team for their effort. It was a wonderful stay, and I'm already planning to book the same hotel when I come with my family. Highly recommend it.

Markets, restaurants, bakeries, and a mall were all within walking distance, and the hotel made a good base for visiting Trabzon and the surrounding region. Staff helped us find tours and transportation to attractions, museums, nature parks, and scenic spots. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were nice and helpful, always ready to answer questions or assist.

I had a great two-day stay at V Center Hotel in Trabzon. The reception team were welcoming and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the WiFi was exceptional. The hotel is brand new, with spacious, comfortable rooms, modern furnishings, a very comfortable bed, and good sound isolation for a peaceful night's sleep. It's right in the city center, easy to reach from the airport, and public transit is just a few meters away. The room didn't have an iron, shower gel, or shampoo, things I'd expect at this level. There also isn't a gym or swimming pool, which may matter to some travelers. With a few more amenities, it could be perfect.

Yesterday, we asked the guy to help get our bag out of the car, but he said he wouldn't. We carried it ourselves and set it down right beside us as soon as we arrived.
