Set into the hillside, these apartments are lovely, and a funicular railway gets you up to them. The owners are lovely too. There’s a great pool and good food.

We booked through Airbnb, but this place has become more of a residential complex than a hotel. The pool was nice and not too crowded, but apart from the view, there wasn't much to it. Our apartment was high up, so the elevator breaking down often meant taking some very steep stairs, which affected us a lot. The host also hadn’t mentioned that there was construction going on in the apartment above us.
