Millstone Cave Suites

The food at the restaurant was my favorite breakfast anywhere in the world. Honestly, I'm ruined for breakfast now and only want to eat here. The people and hospitality were top notch, and the staff helped with anything I needed. They arranged a fantastic Turkish bath for me, including hotel pickup, and kept me updated on the balloon ride, securing my spot once launch was confirmed. That balloon ride was one of my favorite experiences ever. My suite was the most unique and fantastic place I've stayed, and I've traveled all over the world. It was my first time in Turkey, and it didn't disappoint. I looked out over caves dusted with snow, and the view was incredible. The room had its own jacuzzi, which could be indoors or outdoors, with a remote that opened the windows. I loved that feature. The bed was comfortable and had pillows with different softness levels, just how I like them. The staff also gave me great recommendations for places to see, including my next stop in Istanbul. I can't wait to come back. Thanks for the best time!

The breakfast was outstanding, easily worth ten stars. Everything about our stay went smoothly, and Mr. Homdi and Mr. Fatih greeted us warmly when we arrived. Even the booking was a great experience: Mr. Batin patiently explained the different room types and worked hard to meet my requests. We're very grateful to Millstone and its wonderful team.

Millstone was quick to respond and helpful on WhatsApp from the moment I booked. At check-in, everyone was lovely, accommodating, and ready to help. There wasn't a single thing wrong with the accommodation, and it exceeded even my wildest expectations. Thank you for the beautiful stay and such responsive service. This place shouldn't be missed. I'll be back.

The balcony looked out over the faerie mountains, and we loved sitting there. Our suite also had a fireplace, a big soaking tub, heated floors, and a really comfortable bed. We would have preferred a suite with a pool, and there could have been more clothing storage, but neither took away from the stay. The staff were generous, kind, and quick to help. I was planning to propose during the balloon takeoff, and the team made it feel magical: they arranged a balloon breakfast, helped me work with a local florist, and added decorations. Our guide said Millstone has the best balloon views in all of Cappadocia. We stayed there Nov 15-20 with my partner, and it made for a lovely romantic trip.
