Simera In Cappadocia - Special Class

Mustafa's care, tact, and real desire to make our stay warm are just as memorable as the views and food. It came through in all the little gestures, and felt like genuine kindness. From our balcony, Cappadocia slowly emerged in the quiet morning light. The view felt magical, so peaceful that we just wanted to sit and take it in. The breakfasts were special too, made with so much care. They were the best breakfasts of all our travels. Simera in Cappadocia Hotel – Simera Exclusive Lounge & Rooftop is a place we want to return to for how it made us feel, not to tick it off a list.

The breakfast was so good, and the view made it even better. Simera is in a great spot for seeing Cappadocia, especially at sunrise when balloons fly over Göreme. Every cave room has its own look and is so cute, so I'd love to come back and try another one. The on-site staff were attentive, and the owners' pre-arrival messages and WhatsApp check-ins during our stay were friendly and helpful. I loved every bit of the visit.

We stayed in the presidential suite in April 2025. The room was very clean and spacious, with unbeatable views and both an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Breakfast platters were generous, and the staff, including Cookie, were extremely friendly. We booked our city tours through the hotel. Would highly recommend it.

We were glad to be in Uchisar, five minutes by car from Goreme, away from the busy area. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back. The cave room stayed cool during hot days and warm through cold nights. Breakfast came as a spread of plates and dishes rather than a buffet, and we enjoyed that. The balloons were beautiful to watch at sunrise. They started in the distance, came closer, and even flew over the accommodation. Our suite balcony and spa pool gave us a lovely view, and there was also an outdoor carpeted area with pillows for watching if your room didn't have a view. Staff were polite, accommodating, and quick to communicate. Our suite was directly below the eating area and bar, so we could hear chairs, footsteps, and sometimes music. One night got loud, but the staff turned the volume down after we told them. It wasn't too bad for us, though light sleepers might be bothered.
