Cappa Suites

We paid for breakfast, and it turned out to be a highlight: they brought a generous spread for four to our room, with a different egg dish each morning. Our suite was well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When a small issue came up with the room, they worked to sort it out right away. Thanks for a great stay!

After a long drive, we were glad to find somewhere clean and spacious with welcoming staff. The huge rooms had plenty of room for our big family, and the team helped us with our questions. Several balloon companies are based on site, and they offer a discounted early morning hot air balloon ride for €140. That was the cheapest you’ll find in the whole area, and absolutely worth every penny!

We were traveling as a group, and everyone loved the room and Suat. The facilities were complete, and the room was very, very clean, great for a longer stay. Suat, the hotel manager, was kind and managed to book our transfer despite the very limited time. Thanks, Cappa Suites, for making our holiday memorable. Definitely recommended!

I can't recommend this place. It didn't meet our expectations, and we told the staff about our concerns, hoping the people might make the stay better. Instead, the owner's or manager's behavior toward my father and me was unacceptable. He was rude and offensive, more like someone at a bazaar than hotel staff. I had to remind him that we were guests and should be treated that way. They made us pay before showing us the room, so there wasn't much we could do, though I wanted to negotiate the whole thing. We eventually worked things out more or less. The other woman on staff was no help at all. Our baby was sick and vomiting the next morning, and we had to rush to the hospital and keep her there overnight. I told the manager that evening, but he didn't ask what had happened or why we were hospitalized. All he cared about was that we'd canceled our balloon trip. That tells you what their guest relations are like. After checking out, we went to Goreme and stayed at a wonderful hotel. There are lots of good accommodations around Kapadokya, so I don't see why anyone would settle for this.
