Ürgüp’s restaurants and cafes are an easy walk away, and the rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to sit and take in the view when the weather’s nice. Breakfast came as a buffet, with fresh, tasty food. I especially liked the meze. Our friends stayed in the VIP suite with its own pool, while we had a standard room. Both were stylish, spotless, and comfortable. The staff made us feel at home right from the start, and the new hotel still feels connected to Cappadocia’s traditions, from the stone details to the interior design. I was so pleased with our stay that I’d love to return.

We found the price good for what we got, which mattered as a young couple planning a honeymoon trip. Our room felt authentic to Cappadocia, and we had a terrace outside, a TV, a mini fridge for snacks, and a jacuzzi that we really enjoyed. Cleaners came every day, and the room was restocked with refreshments. The hotel is in a quiet spot that gave us privacy and peace, but the main city was only a five-minute walk away, with food shops, markets, and souvenir stores. We didn’t have a car, and getting around was easy. Breakfast is a buffet in the main building, and they’ll prepare eggs the way you like them. The women in the kitchen deserve a special mention for their warm greetings and hospitality. We also used the hotel’s separately paid shuttle to Nevsehir Airport, which made getting there easy. One thing to improve: the jacuzzi filters should be changed, and the tubs need special cleaning capsules, such as chlorine. We came away with lovely memories and would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Urgup.

I stayed in the queen suite, and honestly, it’s the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. The service was 10/10, and they took care of arranging all my tours. I’d definitely recommend it.

Our suite was spacious and very clean, and the rooftop had an incredible view from one of the area's highest points. Hearing the call to prayer was a memorable part of the stay, and the architecture was beautiful throughout. The hotel sorted out our Lake Tuz trip and airport travel, and their easy-to-use website made it simple to arrange food and drinks. Everything we ordered arrived quickly. The location felt clean and calm, just a two-minute walk from the touristy main road, but none of its busy street noise reached the hotel. It was a rich experience and well worth the money.
