The biggest problem for us was the window. It looked out onto a residential building, and the glass wasn't frosted or tinted, so neighbors could easily see into our room. That affected our privacy. The rest of the two-night stay was excellent. The lobby was stylish, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive whenever we needed help, at any hour. The hotel WiFi worked well, and the location seemed close to the city center, with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, while the area itself wasn't annoyingly crowded. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, with a very comfortable king-size bed, a working minibar, and a good-sized wardrobe for clothes and belongings. It was exceptionally clean, even under the bed and behind the sofa. The linens, mattress, and pillows were spotless, which matters to me because I'm very sensitive about cleanliness. The bathroom was clean and mold-free, with towels, shampoo, and all the necessary toiletries provided. The shower had good pressure and the hot water worked perfectly. We were very satisfied and would choose this hotel again if we return to Van. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and service.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, including local specialties, traditional sweets made only in Van. The rooms were cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though the furniture isn't new. Staff were very attentive and welcoming, ready to sort out any problem. It's excellent value for money.

The sauna and wellness facilities are free to use, a big bonus that adds a luxurious touch, and everything was well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel feels closer to four stars than three. It's excellent value for money, with more than you pay for. The location makes it easy to explore the city and reach shops, restaurants, and key attractions. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the calm, pleasant atmosphere works for solo travelers and families. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and value in Van. I'd definitely stay again.

I've already stayed here three times, and I'll return whenever I'm in Van. It's clean, truly comfortable, fairly priced, and great value for money. The facilities and amenities are great, with shampoo, soap, clean towels, a very comfortable bed, tea, a hair dryer, and everything else. Water pressure and hot water are among the best. Parking is available nearby and the staff help with it. Once I parked right at the entrance, another time about 30 meters away. The reception and staff are very well trained. This is the kind of customer service we expect, and I wish everyone took it as seriously as they do here. I genuinely see no problem and highly recommend the place. Thanks for your attention to this matter 😅
