The apartment was filthy enough that I spent more than three hours cleaning it so it would be tolerable for my two-year-old. It also lacked Wi-Fi, hot water, and blankets, and the toilet didn’t work properly. None of this matched what the website had advertised. When problems came up, the manager was hard to find, and when we reached him, he was dismissive and rude. Terry misrepresented what had been promised and the state of the property. We’d trusted him because we knew him personally, which made this family vacation especially disappointing. This was the worst place we’ve stayed in Tobago, a rip-off and a total nightmare. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it. There are better places to spend your money and keep your peace.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and laid out nicely, and the pool is huge. Since the hotel is so new, I was a little skeptical at first, but the room was very, very clean. Everyone we met was friendly, from reception and the chef to the waitress and manager. The service was awesome. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere quiet, cozy, and friendly. Six stars!

That was proper service for a one-night stay. I’ll be back very soon, believe that.

I came for a brief getaway to clear my head, and it was worth it. The atmosphere felt therapeutic, the meals were tasty, and my room was clean and spacious. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. Compared with the hotels I’ve stayed at in the US, this place could become highly sought after with adequate advertising and marketing. I’d have no hesitation recommending it to anyone looking for a premier but affordable place to stay on beautiful Tobago.
