Carolyns View

I showed up without notice at 9 at night, pretty desperate for somewhere to sleep. The guy was awfully nice and let me stay. I was the only one there, and the place was very, very nice.

It's a comfortable place, conveniently close to local businesses. I'll definitely come back.

The mountain view was beautiful, and the Wi-Fi worked well with no delays. Our room was roomy and clean, with a mini fridge, TV, AC, and access to a shared kitchen where we could make breakfast. The shower was wonderful, and towels and amenities were provided. The bed was comfy, with such soft sheets that we asked Mrs. Carolyn where she bought them. 🙂 We felt very safe behind the gated property, where people can't just come and go. Be ready for a very steep hill on the way up. The neighbors have dogs, and their barking could be irritating at night. We got in late on January 12, 2019, and were grateful that Mrs. Carolyn had arranged transportation to meet us at the airport. There is a charge for the transportation. We had a lovely stay and would recommend Carolyn's View. Ms. Carolyn and her husband Archie are just about the nicest people you could hope to meet. 🙂

From the balcony, we could watch the mountain ridge each evening, with no mosquitoes and Florida's humidity. The view was exceptional, and the place was clean, friendly, and relaxing. What a great experience!
