The owners made us feel right at home, and the gated entrance gave the property a secure feel. Breakfast is included, and the pool has a nice outdoor seating spot for relaxing. The rooms are roomy and cozy, with firm, comfortable beds, and everything was very clean. It’s a warm little bed and breakfast just minutes from Piarco International airport and the main transport routes. Great for a staycation or if you’re passing through.

We went with Mum, my sister and me. My sister and I used the pool in the evening, while Mum couldn't because she'd left her swimsuit at home. I couldn't sleep that night because I was laughing and testing. By morning we packed our things and headed back home.

We asked to use the room for a few hours between flights after our request for a partial refund, made a week ahead of the cancellation, was turned down. They said we could use it, but neither phone number worked and nobody was there to let us in.

The inn is small, with little space or privacy, and the entrance door lock didn't work. The pool had none of the chairs or umbrellas shown in the pictures. The bathroom smelled because there was no window or proper ventilation. There's no 24 hour front desk, and the phone number listed, as well as the one the owner gave us on arrival, didn't work, so if you need water or toilet paper you're out of luck. There were witness protection individuals staying and living at the inn for months. They were very nice and respectful, but I don't think it's safe to rent to them while having the general public on the same premises. The owner lives there and called to question me about my honest, professional review on Expedia. I didn't go into detail because I didn't want to destroy her business, but I found her very unprofessional. This isn't a personal attack, it's a complaint for future guests. I was charged 320 US for an extra person who left, and never got the refund. The owner kept telling us to turn off the air conditioning and lights. The AC remote didn't work well, and its back was lost or missing. The television didn't work until the property owner's son fixed it on the third day of my five day stay. I travel all over the world, and this was unacceptable.

There isn't much privacy, and the owner has two people staying there who are in witness protection and interact with guests. The owner was very unfriendly. The place itself is nice, but you can't use the stove, so you're left ordering fast food all the time. With a place like this, you want guests to feel comfortable, come back, and recommend it to others.
