The staff made the stay pleasant, and I’d gladly recommend The Radisson Hotel to anyone visiting Trinidad and Tobago for business or leisure. After long workshop days, the clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms were relaxing, and the calm, organized atmosphere worked well for both rest and work. The location also made it easy to get around. The staff were welcoming, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. Gizelle, the manager interaction was superb, keep up the good work. Bryanna at the restaurant was very professional, and her great smiles brightened the atmosphere and made me comfortable and want to come back. I enjoyed the omelette Ayana prepared for me every morning, and Yolanda always served meals with a bright smile. You’re all wonderful, keep up the good work. I truly appreciate the hospitality. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious every day, and the location was perfect, with all the events just a short distance away. I really enjoyed my stay during Carnival 2026 weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. Antonia, Daniel, and Melissa made the experience incredible. The property is beautiful and welcoming. The second-floor bathrooms are a bit dated, but the hotel’s charm and atmosphere more than make up for it. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

The food and carnival music were straight vibes all day, and I felt very accommodated. I came in early morning and was able to check in early. Daniel did an exceptional job explaining everything. The rooms were nice and clean, with fresh towels and water every time I came back. The service was exceptional, and they’ll see me again.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the environment was relaxing. The service showed excellence throughout my stay at the Radisson Hotel in Trinidad & Tobago. Brianna, Kara, and Melissa went above and beyond to make it memorable. They were professional, warm, attentive to detail, pleasant, efficient, and genuinely caring from check-in through every request. The staff and management deserve appreciation for keeping service standards high. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, welcoming, and committed to giving guests a good experience. Highly recommended for business or leisure. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Trinidad.

I spent one week at the Radisson Hotel Trinidad and felt welcome and well cared for, thanks to the staff. The hotel is close to the port, though there isn’t much to see or visit in the immediate area. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The porters, the lady in the gift shop, the front desk staff, and the restaurant team were all outstanding. Special thanks to Mrs. Camille and the breakfast team for their service with a smile. Please keep sharing that warmth and care with future guests. I hope to visit Trinidad again.
