Hyatt Regency Trinidad

A special thanks to Luke, our waiter. He was professional, warm, and attentive to the details, and made sure we were comfortable whenever we dined. His kindness and positive attitude added a lot to our stay. The Hyatt Hotel in Trinidad was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and our family had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Staff like Luke made it unforgettable. We’re grateful for the hospitality and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and I especially liked the Tropical Passion Smoothie from the on-site snackette. Simone’s friendly manner made up for the initial delay: after we were seated, we waited about 15 minutes to be attended to and assigned a server. The reception staff gave us a very warm welcome, and the establishment was beautifully kept. Our room was comfortable with an excellent city view, though we could hear activity in nearby rooms and the hallway. Service could be more efficient. I’d definitely recommend it.

This time, the hotel service was beyond amazing, though I’ve stayed here many times and had good experiences before. At check-in I was greeted with a cocktail, and my room was spotless and nicely cool. The view was soothing, especially opening the blinds early and seeing the ocean. The menu has lots of choices and everything was flavorful. I’d definitely order the pepper shrimp and oxtail. Thank you, Hyatt. I came in January for Soaka Weekend, the same weekend as the big snow storm that canceled everyone’s flights. The hotel was fully booked for a major conference, but Angelina & Sapphire at the front desk helped me extend my room for the extra days I needed. Thanks so much, ladies. Jer, our waiter, deserves a special thank you. He was attentive without hovering, knew the menu, and made us feel valued through his genuine, professional service and warm personality. His care and pride in the work really stood out. The Hyatt Regency Trinidad was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and thanks to Jer and the other staff, I had a wonderful stay.
