The room was clean and cozy, with the necessary amenities, and accommodation here is really affordable for the quality. I visited a friend at the hotel and the only issue was customer service around checkout. There seemed to be a misunderstanding about the checkout time, which was very inconvenient. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. Still, it’s an affordable stay, and my friend recommends it.

The inn felt like an auntie’s house, and we all agreed it’s a gem we want to revisit often. The rooms were very clean and tidy, with every amenity you could need. We had a wonderful girls’ night with handmade cocktails and popcorn, and enjoyed chatting with ms. Pam and ms. Carol. Ms. Donna was wonderfully accommodating, understanding, and flexible. I had a family emergency two hours before check-in, and she compassionately offered to reschedule without any problem. We were still able to keep our original dates, and everyone was warm and friendly and asked how my family member was doing. Wish I could give it 10 stars!

They let us check into our rooms early, and the service was very good. A lovely, cosy hotel. Breakfast wasn’t included, but the simple continental offering was nice.

Comfortable and small, this place works well for a short stay right in the city. It’s close to the Queens Park Oval, Savanah, and all amenities. The Canadian and US embassies are within walking distance, as is the zoo.
