The sauna, spa, and fitness center were a nice extra, and the Wi-Fi was decent. My twin room was roomy, clean, and luxurious, with very comfortable beds and a large bathtub. The decor felt dated, though, and some amenities were missing, like a hair dryer. Loud sounds from the next room sometimes carried through. Breakfast was good, but could use healthier choices, more fruit, and less sweet milk tea and lemon tea. I also wish the reception offered free tea or coffee around the clock. There was a security announcement, but it was all in Chinese, so I couldn't understand it. Since Taiwan is earthquake prone, an English version would be helpful. A comfortable stay overall, about what I’d expect from a decent four-star hotel.

A good place for a longer stay. The rooms are neat and very clean, and the service is good too.

For the room rate, I’d give this hotel four stars. We had a three-bed, two-room setup on the 12th floor. The room and shower were spacious, and things looked mostly clean, though there were signs of age here and there. The shower floor was really slippery and felt dangerous. Breakfast was disappointing too. The only egg option was a boiled egg that you had to peel yourself.

The hotel is across from the baseball stadium, which made it a nice spot for an early walk or jog. The room was spacious and clean, and the big bathtub was welcome after a tiring day. I stayed one night for work in early December. It seemed probably the best hotel in Douliou, though it’s away from the central area. Breakfast was quite crowded while I was there, with lots of students from two schools on what looked like graduation tours.

The fitness room has a nice view over the city, but the equipment is limited to a few running machines, with nothing for heavier exercise. I hope they add more. The 13F restaurant could be cleaner or better kept. The child’s utensil was a little dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell. Some of the drinks also tasted like they were made with too much sugar.
