The price felt way too high for the quality and the time of year. It was like paying for a 5 star hotel and getting a 2 star one. The seaview rooms had no view, and the pool photo in the ad looks completely fake and AI generated. The real pool is more like a big tiled bathtub. With reviews this flattering, I suspect some may be fake too. The owner was friendly, refunded part of our money, and agreed to move us to a mountain view room, which did have a view. Even so, we paid about twice what I think it was worth. Classic bait and switch. Beware.

The place is new, the people are nice, and they’ll do their best to look after you. The rooms are top class for this island. 100% recommend.

Sandy made us comfortable and was a great source of recommendations, and the young staff were excellent too. It’s easy to get to the shoreline from House 16, with a small grocery across the street and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our Green Island stay and hope to come back soon. Highly recommend.
