The rooms are large, and the bathrooms are roomy too. Daniel and Jesse at reception were both very helpful. They assisted with my check-in and made sure everything went smoothly.

We were there for two nights, and our room still hadn’t been cleaned by 4:00pm on the day we needed it. After breakfast at 10:00am, we asked the front desk to clean it before 4:00pm because we were going to a wedding. They said no problem and asked us to tell them when we left. We went down at 11:00am and reminded them we’d be back at 4:00pm for the wedding. When we returned, every other room on our floor had been cleaned except ours. The front desk staff blamed each other, and the supervisor blamed the other girl, even though she was the person we’d spoken to. Terrible service. I won’t recommend it or ever come back!!!!!!

The staff are really helpful, and the rooms are spacious. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kinmen island.
