We stayed several days. The room was very large, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was good too.

My room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a nice view. I appreciated small touches like fresh flowers, and the housekeeping staff kept everything very clean. The front desk was efficient and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. They stayed attentive throughout the visit, helping with things like extra towels and suggestions for local restaurants. The service was excellent.

The location was perfect, and our room had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern amenities that made the stay even better. From check-in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt right at home at Talmud Hotel Kaohsiung. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to couples looking for a comfortable, convenient place. We’d definitely return on our next trip to Kaohsiung.

We left early and moved to another hotel for the rest of our time in Kaohsiung. The stay was deeply disappointing, and we ended up feeling sick. I hope sharing this helps others know what we experienced. In both rooms we were assigned, the furniture and fittings looked old and nothing like the photos. There was visible mold in the bathrooms, and the shower fittings were coming loose. Room 1008 had a strong musty odor that got worse when we switched on the air conditioner. Reception moved us to room 510 after we reported it, but that room still smelled. It was warm, so we left the AC running overnight. The odor seemed to come from the vents and grew stronger through the night. By morning I was coughing and found it hard to breathe. Some one and two star reviews mention the same musty smell. The hotel’s responses say it comes from the air conditioner, and some of those replies were posted over a year ago, so they appear to have known about the issue for a while without fixing it. Also, be wary of the five star reviews. The hotel gives guests gifts in exchange for them.
