The breakfast buffet was amazing! The room had a nice jacuzzi, lots of amenities, speakers, and a big TV with YouTube. But the walls are so thin that you can hear people next door really clearly. That bright green exit sign shining right in your face makes it hard to sleep, too. (Booking reservation)

I canceled straight away. I booked four days and three nights on Agoda, then got an email just ten minutes later saying we'd have to check out and check back in every day. We're a couple who wanted time to travel and enjoy the room we'd paid for. It was so expensive, and we usually can't afford that rate. I used Agoda because we needed the room for several days, and they shouldn't ask us to leave after we'd paid for the whole stay. I also didn't want other people using the room during my booking. Sorry, but the policy needs to change. G.
