I value a clean, safe, affordable place and welcoming staff, since I usually stay for a long time and don't want to pay for gyms or pools I never use. I've stayed here six times over the years, including one 10 week stay that made me very happy. It's a simple hotel with prices to match. The western bathrooms, mini fridge, quiet elevator, and lounge/meeting room are nice, and the staff are especially friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There's a bus stop and 7/11 nearby.

I spent two weeks here in Taiwan, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. They even arranged trips and other hotels for our travels, and took care of everything we needed. The rooms were great too. Just to the left as you leave, there's an amazing beef noodle soup place. It was an amazing hotel!

The people working here really made the stay. Everyone was lovely, helpful, and special. Thanks to the whole team! It's a great hotel in New Taipei, with lots of shops nearby and the MRT about a 10min walk away.

It was cleaner before covid. Our recent room was a bit dirty, and the carpet had stains. Breakfast comes as free tickets for the nearby Murano restaurant, where there's a buffet with Taiwanese foods like congee and vegetables, plus some western options such as spaghetti or chicken.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is at Murano, just outside the building and across an alley. Around the hotel there’s a wet market and plenty of places to eat, from foreign fast food to local restaurants. I'd go for the suite. It has a king size bed, bath tub, office area, two televisions, a mini refrigerator, and good wifi signal. The hotel location is great.
