The view is the best part. From up there you can see Jiufen and the sea. The room was clean, with a soft bed and enough space for three people. It’s at the top of a hill, though, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing luggage.

A great option for a longer stay if you want to experience a different side of Taiwan.

The host was friendly and welcoming, and the view from the room window was amazing. Finding the guesthouse in the Jiufen area was a little tricky on our first visit. It’s best to call the host and ask them to guide you, otherwise you might get lost like we did.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even helping us buy our onward train tickets. Mountain Sea Bay B&B had a great view, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. One of the best places we’ve stayed in a while. I can’t praise the hospitality enough!

Just a few minutes from old street, and the owner was so nice and enthusiastic. The room was clean and comfy, with an amazing view from the window. 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍
