The room had a nice view. There’s no lift, so getting around with kids and big luggages can be a little challenging.

The staff were all hospitable and friendly, and the room was spacious with heating. At night they put out plenty of snacks: crispy handmade biscuits, tasty instant noodles, flavorful soups and aromatic tea. It was really nice to have snacks and chat with family in the evening. The ladders make it inconvenient to walk around with suitcases, so don’t bring them here. All in all, it’s worth staying a night.

There are lots of super cute cats around the area to play with. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful, and the surroundings felt beautiful and cozy. I had a really pleasant experience here. Love this hotel.

The owners gave us a gift and tomatoes after checkout, a really nice touch. The resort was cozy and clean, with very friendly staff. They put out soup and snacks at night, and 7eleven and shops are a short walk away. Highly recommended.

We came in the peak of winter, and the rooms were cozy and clean, though not very soundproof. They provide the necessary items, including toiletries. Staff gave good service, breakfast was yummy, and supper was provided too, with hot tasty soup and lots of instant noodle varieties. Kudos to the staff for managing a big group of visitors as well. It felt like a very homely place.
