The place is a bit pricey, but I thought it was worth it. The rooms are huge, and you should try the outdoor hot tub. Service was top notch, and the complimentary afternoon tea really stood out. Breakfast is Western-style and tasty too. One of the best bed and breakfasts in Hualien city, with a beautiful Thai theme.

The whole park is beautifully put together, with Balinese sculptures all around and even doors that were brought in by sea. It felt like being away on an overseas holiday. We absolutely loved Bali Budaya and its calming atmosphere. Hualien was drizzling, but soaking in the semi-outdoor hot springs in the evening with rain and frogs all around was so relaxing. I'll definitely come back.

The villa is spacious and feels like Bali throughout, with a big, comfortable living room for sharing drinks, talking, and eating. The bathroom is split into three separate areas: toilet, sink, and shower. My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and the private lounging area, big enough for three people to lie down. There are also tables and chairs if you'd rather sit and relax, and a huge green courtyard behind the villa for a stroll and a look around. It was a lovely place for a slow getaway. We went years ago and I'm planning another family trip there now. They welcomed us with healthy, tasty snacks, and breakfast was generous. Each villa is private and quiet.
